2Bracket
2 · Core by the list. The bracket comes from Wizards' card rules alone; the colour says how well the deck does what Bracket 2 allows.
- The three dials average 79 for what Bracket 2 allows: that sets the colour.
- Power 19 counts as 76 here: Bracket 2 is for Power 25 and up. With Manabase 92 and Health 73, that is 79 on average (weights 40 / 30 / 30).
- No Game Changers, mass land denial or pile of extra turns: Core by the list. Exhibition (1) is about what a deck is for, and only you can say that.

19Power
How fast and how hard this deck can take over a game. Absolute: about 90 and up is cEDH, so a casual deck scores low on purpose.
Casual
- Average mana value 3.97: it acts late
- No tutors: it sees its best cards only by drawing them
- 11 cards that draw or dig
- 3 answers at mana value 2 or less
- 1 piece of fast mana: Sol Ring
92Manabase
Can it cast its spells on time, in its colours?
Excellent
- 6 lands always enter tapped
- 40 lands, counting ramp ≈ 43 sources: enough for mana value 3.97
- 26 sources make blue, and it has a card costing {U}{U}{U}: aim for about 30
73Health
Does it have the parts every Commander deck needs: ramp, cards, answers, and a curve it can cast?
Fair
- Only 4 ways to remove a threat (aim for 8)
- 10 spells cost 6 or more (17% of spells; aim under 10%)
- Only 7 ramp pieces (aim for 10)
- 11 cards that draw or dig ✓
- 3 board wipes ✓
Scores read the list alone, from each card's own rules text: they can't see how a deck is played. Bracket names and the Game Changers list are Wizards of the Coast's (Commander Brackets, list as Wizards last changed it, 9 February 2026).
Led by Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver. A blue-black Commander deck built around sacrifice payoffs and token swarms, on a Zombie kindred base. 32 creatures, 40 lands, average mana value 3.97.
