How it works

Every order you place earns Harlequins Market membership standing. Standing is tracked to your account and never expires — the more you shop with us, the higher your standing grows. You don't sign up for anything or pay anything extra; it's simply our way of recognizing the members who build this market with us.

Membership tiers

As your standing grows, you move up through membership tiers. Higher tiers unlock member-only promotions and perks as we roll them out.

Founding members earn the most

There is a fixed lifetime supply of membership rewards. The earn rate starts at its highest and gradually tapers over time as that supply is distributed. In plain terms: the earlier you join and order, the faster your standing builds — a genuine thank-you to the members who help us grow first.

What membership standing is — and isn't

Membership standing is a loyalty and status measure only. It has no cash value. It is not money and cannot be redeemed for cash. It cannot be bought or sold, and it cannot be transferred between accounts. It is not an investment, a security, or an ownership interest, and it carries no financial return — it simply reflects your standing as a Harlequins Market member and unlocks member perks. We may adjust tiers and perks over time.
