What condition are the cards in?

Every single is graded by hand into one of five conditions: NM (Near Mint), LP (Lightly Played), MP (Moderately Played), HP (Heavily Played), or DMG (Damaged). Our listings reflect our honest assessment. Grading has some inherent subjectivity, so minor variation within a grade is normal.

How are your prices set?

Prices track the full live market. Card data and market prices come from the public Scryfall catalog, so our listings move with the real market rather than sitting at a fixed markup.

Where do you ship?

We ship to United States addresses only. All prices are in US dollars.

What shipping options do you offer?

At checkout you can choose Standard or Tracked shipping where available. Standard is a plain stamped envelope with no tracking, offered on lower-value orders and sent at your own risk. Tracked shipping includes full loss and delivery protection; a tracked order shown as delivered by the carrier is considered delivered.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is by card, processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details, and your order is confirmed once you receive a receipt email from us.

Do you charge sales tax?

Listed prices do not include tax. Any applicable state and local sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping destination, and collected where we are required to by law.

What is your return policy on singles?

If a card arrives in significantly worse condition than listed, or you received the wrong card, email hello@harlequinsmarket.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a refund or a replacement if it is in stock. Minor within-grade variation is not grounds for return, and because a card's condition can change once it leaves our care, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on singles.

What about sealed product returns?

Sealed product sales are final once shipped, since we cannot verify seals after delivery. If a package arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will file a shipping claim on your behalf.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

Keep all original packaging, photograph the damage, and email hello@harlequinsmarket.com within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes — contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund any order that has not shipped yet. Once an order is in transit it falls under our return terms.

What is "The List" and how do I find those cards?

The List is a reprint series that appears in some booster products, printed in the original set's frame. On our site these cards carry the original set's collector number (for example DOM-103), so searching by that number finds the exact printing.

Do you have free deck-building tools?

Yes. You can build, import, fork, and play-test decks in our deck builder, paste a decklist to match it against in-stock cards, and use a multiplayer life counter — all free.
