Stardew Valley Comes to Magic: The Gathering July 27 — With Original ConcernedApe Art
Secret Lair: Superdrop of the Moonlight Jellies brings a new-to-Magic Stardew Valley land and reprints reskinned for Pelican Town, split across three collectible sets.
Grab your hoe and your mana rocks — Secret Lair: Superdrop of the Moonlight Jellies, Magic's crossover with the indie farming hit Stardew Valley, arrives July 27, 2026 at 9 a.m. PT on MagicSecretLair.com.
Three Drops, One Valley
The Superdrop splits into three themed sets: Welcome to Stardew Valley, Life in Pelican Town, and A Flicker in the Deep. The headliner is Stardew Valley itself, a brand-new-to-Magic land card carrying original pixel art from series creator ConcernedApe and legal in Commander, Legacy, and Vintage — a genuine new card, not just a reskin, leading the harvest.
Most of the rest of the drop is functional reprints dressed up in Stardew Valley theming, right down to renamed titles — Swords to Plowshares shows up reworked into the valley's aesthetic alongside other staples, giving the drop real play value on top of the collector appeal.

The Superdrop goes live July 27, direct from Wizards of the Coast — Secret Lair product isn't distributed through local game stores the way normal set product is, so this one's a self-serve online purchase on release day. It's a good excuse to check our spoilers page for what else is dropping around it, and to stop by the shop for a Commander night once the reskinned Swords to Plowshares hits tables.
