Reality Fracture Secret Lair Bundle Delayed Past Its October 23 Release
Wizards blames production and shipping issues for a global delay, though Chaos Vault orders run on their own schedule.
Wizards of the Coast confirmed on October 20, 2026 that the Reality Fracture Secret Lair Bundle will not make its original October 23, 2026 release date. The announcement cites "production and shipping issues" and says the bundle is delayed globally, with the new arrival window now varying by region.
What's delayed, and why
The notice, posted to magic.wizards.com, is short and direct: "Due to production and shipping issues, the Reality Fracture Secret Lair Bundle is delayed globally and may arrive shortly after the October 23 release date." No firm new ship date is given. Wizards says timing will differ locally and has promised further updates if anything changes.
The delay was corroborated by Wizards' own WPN retailer channel as well as outlets including ICv2 and The Gamer, all citing the same language about production and shipping issues.
What still ships on schedule
The delay applies specifically to the standalone Reality Fracture Secret Lair Bundle. If you picked it up as part of a Secret Lair Chaos Vault package, which is how we covered this product earlier this week, Wizards says those orders "will follow typical Secret Lair fulfillment based on drop availability and production timing." So Chaos Vault buyers are on a different clock than standalone bundle buyers, and it's the standalone bundle that's running late.
What this means if you preordered
Nothing in the announcement talks about cancellations or refunds, only a delayed arrival. If you ordered through a retailer, check with that retailer directly rather than assume a specific new date. Wizards hasn't published one.

We don't currently carry Reality Fracture singles at Harlequins Market, so there's no stock update to offer here beyond what Wizards itself has said. We'll follow up if a firm date lands.
